Marine Business Unit

Dongfang Ocean Holdings subsidiary was jointly established in 2007 by Shandong Dongfang Ocean Technology Co., Ltd. and Yantai Zhifu District Aquaculture Company. It mainly engages in the breeding and processing of sea cucumbers, scallops and other marine treasures, as well as the development and promotion of new technologies.

The company has over 10000 acres of high-quality marine resources located in the provincial marine nature reserve of Danzi Island in Yantai, and is a national level aquatic germplasm resource protection zone for sea cucumber.
